During the floor debate for House Bill 2050, the Down Syndrome Protection Act that would protect babies who have a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome, Mike Turzai, the Speaker of the House and sponsor of House Bill 2050 took the rare step of giving up the rostrum to speak on the bill in defense of precious babies.
